Ontario’s Niagara Escarpment has been designated a biosphere reserve by UNESCO. Located just outside of Collingwood, you can take a self-guided tour and explore a labyrinth of caves and crevices. Descend into the ice cave – a crevasse so deep and cold that snow and ice often remain there through early summer. Admission also includes access to Southern Ontario’s longest suspension bridge.
