Grand Teton National Park
Grand Teton National Park is located in northwestern Wyoming; north of the town of Jackson, Wyoming, and south of Yellowstone National Park. It is often overshaded by its larger neighbour Yellowstone National Park, however, it is equally beautiful and provides greater opportunity to see Wyoming’s bear and moose population.
During summer, wildflowers paint meadows in vivid colors. Crystalline alpine lakes fill glacial cirques, and noisy streams cascade down rocky canyons to larger lakes at the foot of the range.
The Snake River flows through the park and features world-class fishing, unparalleled wildlife viewing, boating and floating the mild rapids depending on the time of year.
