An excellent introduction or refresher for rock climbing, this half-day adventure is also a great way to spend a morning (or afternoon) in the shade of some of Moab’s most interesting rock formations. Get up close and personal with the natural textures, crags, cracks and bumps of the Entrada Sandstone. Learn the essentials of equipment, knots for climbing, and the basics of belaying, climbing, and rappelling down the face of the cliff you just climbed. It’s an all-senses involved experience that you won’t soon forget! The variety of cliffs and canyons surrounding Moab, Utah is astounding, guides will be sure to pick the best place to challenge your skills whether you’ve come from a rock climbing gym, or it’s your very first time on the ropes.
